Most of us agree that the ACA is an extremely unjust law and a state exchange will be implementing exactly that, an unjust law called Obamacare. We are setting up national health insurance, socialized medicine. This is the most important vote we will probably ever make. How does controlling an unjust law make the law just? Just laws protect us and defend our rights against government. An exchange that implements government takeover and forces us to violate our rights is also unjust. Is this called state sovereignty? Does control of an socialized medicine change the socialistic principles on which the law is based? Does control of an immoral law change the principles on which it is founded?
