State employees will be the ones knocking on our doors to force us to pay. Complying makes the state the bad guy. There are 11 mandates relating the exchange, and six of the eleven mandates deal with personal collection of data, including income, assets, personal health, and bank accounts. Individually we will be fined into oblivion. The state will be responsible for the enforcement.
