The mandate violates our right to religious liberty and freedom of conscience by forcing us to pay for insurance coverage of sterilization and contraception, including abortion-inducing drugs. Our state forfeits legal standing by complying , establishing the state exchange, and taking the federal money. We forfeit our legal rights since we are asking for Federal money and then suing them at the same time.
